Where can I use the Gift Voucher

The Gift Voucher is open to being used in any of the different spas that are members of the Thermal Spa Association of Catalonia. The objective of the Association is to support its members so that all of them can maintain quality standards of the highest level in terms of all services related to thermal waters..

The different services and prices specified in the gift vouchers are indicative. Each Thermal Center has its prices defined according to the characteristics of its establishment and its hotel, gastronomic and thermal proposals. Therefore, the same service may have a different cost for each spa..

How it works

• The gift voucher has a value in euros that can be discounted for any service (thermal, hotel or restaurant) at the different spas of the Thermal Spa Association.
• This is a virtual Check that will be sent to the person who purchased it via email.
• The Check can be used for direct reservations to any of the association's spas. A reservation will have to be made by telephone or via email directly to the establishment.
• Check will be used as a payment method.
• The expiration date of the gift voucher is one year from the moment of purchase.
• The gift voucher can be used at any time of the year within its validity period
• At the time of the stay or treatment, the gift voucher must be physically carried. The check has a code that must be given at the time of making the reservation.

Keep in mind

The value of the Check will be spent in a single reservation and money that is not used cannot be returned.

The service will be redeemed using the code that appears on the Check. Therefore, even if the Check is nominative, any person may use it.

The Gift Voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
